Privacy note

SEREIN is a website and storytelling studio in India. This note says plainly what this site collects and where it goes.

What the forms collect

Only what you type in. The project form asks for your name, email, type of business, a project description, a preferred design, the features you want, a timeline and any reference links. The contact form asks for your name, email and a message. Nothing else is collected through the forms.

Where it goes

  • Calendly. When you send either form, your browser goes to our Calendly booking page. Your name, email and a short summary of your project (up to about 240 characters) are added to that link, so the booking form is filled in for you. If you book, Calendly stores your booking under its own privacy policy.
  • A form service, if one is turned on. The site can also send the full form to a form-handling service so we receive it by email. If that is switched on, this note will name the service. At the moment it is switched off, so your full answers are not stored anywhere by this site.
  • Email. If you write to hello@sereinstories.com, your message is forwarded to and held in our Gmail inbox.

Other services this site uses

  • Google Fonts. The typefaces load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
  • Cloudflare. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records things like the page visited, the referring site and the browser type, sets no cookies, and doesn't build a profile of you.
  • Advertising measurement, only if turned on. If we run Google Ads, the site may load Google's tag to count when someone sends a form or opens the booking page. It is switched off at the moment, and this note will be updated before it is turned on.

Apart from that visit count, there are no tracking pixels, and this site sets no cookies.

What we do with it

We use your details only to reply to you and to talk about your project. We don't sell or share them, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
